WORCA Flying Deck System
Represents a significant advancement in slab formwork technology. This intelligent application caters specifically to the construction of large concrete slabs, offering a higher level of efficiency and flexibility compared to traditional methods. The system’s core functionality lies in its use of sliding tables that move on specialized skidding devices. These devices are then supported by either heavy-duty shoring towers for maximum stability, or alternatively, they can be mounted on suspended corbels pre-fixed directly to walls or columns. This innovative design allows for greater adaptability to various project requirements and site constraints.

Applications
- Garages
- Bus stations and airports
- Tunnels
- Large halls
Special Features
- The largest table can reach 1000 sq.m. and weight 150 tons
- One of the most important features of this system is the speed of execution, release and movement rates, as the time required to release the table and move it to the next area does not take more than 3 to 4 hours approximately (1 hr. to release the mechanical supporting jacks of the table and 2 to 3 hrs. for pulling it to the next segment)
