WORCA H20 & Soldier System
A highly versatile formwork solution designed for efficient wall construction in diverse configurations. The system utilizes H2O timber girders that swiftly connect to SOLDIER elements via H20 connections. Plywood panels can be fixed to the girders, or WORCA boards can be employed for a superior concrete finish. The system boasts simple disassembly, mirroring its ease of assembly. Notably, the system’s tolerance for high fresh concrete pressure allows for the single-pour construction of columns in any shape, be it rectangular or even intricate designs.

Technical Data
- Concrete pressure: depending on the required rate of pour, panel's configuration can be adjusted by changing the arrangement between the timber beams and the soldiers to meet the requirements
- Panel range: panels can be assembled with the required height and width depending on structure geometry
- Assembly: Pre-assembly is required and should be carried out by skilled foreman based on WORCA drawings and instructions
- Concrete finishing: fair-faced concrete finishing can be obtained by using WORCA-Boards [Upon Request]
